Four course long table dinner under the canopy of beech trees (weather permitting) or dine in our stretch tent.
Farm-to-table dining experiences allow us to learn about the food we eat while engaging with chefs and our community. They also encourage us to slow down and savour every bite.
This outdoor evening couples the magic of nature with delicious all-organic food grown by the brillant Mount Briscoe Team, prepared by creative and talented Argentinian guest chef Gustavo Gaetani of 1810 Steakhouse Athlone and hosted by farmer Margaret Edgill.
