Add a quintessentially Autumn touch to your cheeseboard or cold cuts with this wonderfully fruity damson jelly. A little bit of Mount Briscoe in a jar, it’s made from damsons grown in the orchard at Mount Briscoe and blended with crab apples which gives it a glorious scarlet hue. It is cooked by hand in small batches, in an open pan in our kitchen.  Perfect on toast or fresh bread and a great accompaniment to roast meats.

Fruit Jelly

Mount Briscoe jellies are bright, translucent and jewel-like. Made in the traditional manner from fresh wild crab-apples, gathered from the wild on our organic farm. All are naturally set with organic cane sugar, a little lemon juice and fresh fruit alone. Perfect sweet and savoury accompaniments.
Traditional jelly making has a unique ability to preserve flavour, the time-honoured techniques create a soft and clear set product.
