Four course long table dinner under the canopy of beech trees (weather depending) or dine in our stretch tent.
Farm-to-table dining experiences allow us to learn about the food we eat while engaging with chefs and our community. They also encourage us to slow down and savour every bite.
These outdoor evenings couple the magic of nature with delicious all-organic food prepared by creative and talented Argentinian chef Gustavo Gaetani (1810 Steakhouse Athlone)
