The Hunting Lodge is a closed-off wing of the main private residence. The entrance opens to a long kitchen and a spiral staircase leading to two large bedrooms and a bathroom with full size walk-in shower. The beds are luxurious and comforting. Downstairs is a cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove, a single room and bathroom. All rooms are spacious with high ceilings and plenty of light.
Food for the soul
The Hunting Lodge’s fully equipped kitchen looks out over the walled garden and courtyard, offering a calm, light-filled space to prepare simple, nourishing meals. You can whip up delicious feasts to savour around the dining table with your favourite people.
Mount Briscoe Farm Larder stocks home made preserves, juice and seasonal vegetables from the kitchen garden.
For those keen to have the farm to themselves, be it with friends or family, or both and eat all that our land has to offer at the time, Mount Briscoe Country House is available for group hire through the winter months.

Kitchen provisions on arrival: tea, coffee, oil, salt and pepper, plus a Firepit for outdoor cooking.
