In 1962 Betty & Henry Edgill began their chapter on this land as a young married couple – hospitality was Betty’s trademark. In 2016, Margaret began her own farmstay chapter with an invitation to experience the comfort and hospitality of her home. Today, guests visit from around the world and still experience the same sense of welcome and peace that has been the hallmark of Mount Briscoe for 60 years and beyond.
