A Taste of Mount Briscoe
Our preserves begin their journey in this landscape, in the wild gleam of crab apples, the deep blush of damsons, the soft sweetness of blackberries and the fleeting brightness of rosehips. Each jar is a celebration of the land: slow-cooked chutneys dark and comforting, jams thick with fruit, jewel-like jellies, vibrant relishes, infused vinegars and sublime cordials drawn from wild and forgotten fruits.
Crafted with organic ingredients, unrefined cane sugar and simple, time-honoured recipes, they capture honest, luminous flavour with nothing added and nothing untrue. We are honoured that our artisan preserves and cordials have been awarded Great Taste Awards in 2026.
