A rich & vibrant celebration of a long-overlooked autumnal fruit. Our cordial is made from fresh organic damsons handpicked in our heritage orchard. Delicious diluted with water, poured over ice cream or swirled through a cake mixture prior to baking for a marbled effect; in a cocktail or for the lovers of Prosecco, a few drops in your glass will bring you a lot of happiness. Suitable for vegans. Free from concentrates, artificial sweeteners, flavourings and sulphites. It is gently pasteurised in small batches.
This is autumn in a glass. A glossy dark violet colour with soft plummy notes on the nose. This is an incredibly versatile cordial and, as described, can be used in so very many ways

Dilute to taste with chilled sparkling water.
Also, mix with Prosecco or Champagne or add to cocktails. Trickle over yoghurt or ice cream. Refrigerate after opening and use within one month.
